Two cooks, one recipe

The first cook arrives in an unknown kitchen and loses half the time looking for the salt. The second finds a note on the table: "the salt is in the left drawer, the recipe was already tested three times, here are the mistakes to avoid".

The difference is not intelligence

I built a team of AI agents. At first they were the first cook: same ability, but every mission was a rediscovery. So I wrote the notes people leave on the table — what we already know, what not to redo, the method. The difference is not intelligence: it is context.

The transfer

Every conversation leaves a note, every mission leaves a report, every decision leaves a trace. The tower never starts from zero because it keeps the memory of everything that happened. That is the whole secret: a successor who inherits the lessons never has to pay for them again.
