Two cooks, same recipe. The first one arrives in a kitchen he doesn't know. He wastes half his time looking for the salt. The second one finds a note on the table : "the salt is in the left drawer, the recipe has already been tested three times, here are the mistakes not to repeat".
I built a team of AI agents. At first, they were the first cook. Same capability, but each mission was a rediscovery. So I wrote the words you leave on the table : what we already know, what not to repeat, the method.
The difference is not intelligence. It's context.
Five lessons paid for in the field. Noise is not information. Agents that don't read each other contradict themselves. Captured is not delivered. Flying blind is already losing. A rule that gets lost becomes a script.
And the cost? That's the surprise. The model runs with a minimal, measured token spend. Less than a cent per exchange with the assistant. A few cents for an agent mission. One team day ≈ €0.30. The price of a coffee. The subscription funds the infrastructure, not the tokens.
