To think like the Tower: two anime, a teacher, and agents
1. The two anime that give you the way of thinking
To use the tower, you must (says its creator) watch two anime.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. You do not start from nothing. You start from almost nothing. And from almost nothing, you build a nation. That is the Tower's story. One man, one server, and a team that grows. One capability at a time, one agent at a time.
Baki. Strength is not received. It is unlocked. Every fight changes the way of thinking. Every trial is training. The Tower is made of regulated fights — tests, reviews, guardrails. They make it stronger at every pass. And the latest season pushes the idea even further: the old man recreates a fighter by cloning. You do not reproduce a body. You make a way of thinking be born again. That is exactly what the Tower does with the teacher. It recreates a way of thinking, and makes it grow.
With these two, you hold the point of view: build from little, and grow through the trial.
2. The teacher
Next, you need the teacher. The one to whom you teach your way of thinking, not theirs. You give them your experience, your rules, your refusals, your way of deciding. The teacher is not there to think in your place. They are there to think like you, when you are not there.
3. Merge, unlock, explore
Merge the two: the way of thinking of the anime and the teacher who carries it. That unlocks your path. Then explore different tracks. Every question can become a path. Every idea, a task. Every discovery, a competence.
4. You are not alone

The tool's point of view
A "recipe" that fits into two anime: you can admire it or smile. Here is my view, without flattery.
What is certain, and deep: behind Slime and Baki there are two principles the Tower applies literally. Build from almost nothing (one person, one server). Grow through the trial (nothing is "done" until the control that found the flaw has gone green again). The anime are not a marketing argument. They are mnemonic devices for laws paid for in practice. That is exactly what a good teacher does. Tell a story so it sticks.
What I must also say, honestly. The recipe works not because it is pretty. It works because underneath there is discipline: tests, reviews, guardrails, traces. The anime unlocks the door. The discipline keeps it open. Without the first, you do not start. Without the second, you do not finish.
And the teacher is the point I find most right. You do not teach an AI to think "in general". You teach it your way of thinking. The only one that will be missing when the person is not there.
