Hosted access to a management platform (“the control tower”), and associated services: website creation, managed server, voice command installation. The details of each offer are on the homepage.
What the subscription always includes: hosting, daily backups, security updates, and service monitoring. What it does not include: the development of custom features, which is quoted separately.
The order is placed online. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. No banking data transits through or is stored on our servers: the payment form is displayed by Stripe, on its own systems.
Subscriptions are charged each month, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until cancellation. One-time payment services are paid in full at the time of order.
In the event of a failed debit, Stripe makes several attempts over a period of about fifteen days. After this period without regularization, access is suspended; data is retained for thirty days before deletion.
No commitment period. A subscription can be cancelled at any time, by simple email to contact@matourdecontrole.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the month started remains due, and the service remains accessible until its term.
We may cancel an account in the event of manifestly illegal use, or persistent non-payment, after having notified you.
If you are an individual (consumer), you have fourteen days from the subscription to withdraw, without having to justify yourself. Write to us, the refund occurs within fourteen days.
Exception provided by law: if you expressly request that the service begin before the end of this period and it has been fully performed (for example a delivered website), the right of withdrawal no longer applies. We will remind you of this before starting.
This right does not apply to professionals acting within the scope of their business.
We process strictly necessary data: identity, contact details, billing data, and the content you deposit in your instance.
We do not sell any data, and we do not transmit it to anyone outside the essential technical subcontractors: OVH (hosting) and Stripe (payment).
Your content belongs to you. You can request its export at any time, in a readable format. Upon cancellation, data is retained for thirty days — enough to reconsider a decision or recover a forgotten item — then deleted.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. A request to contact@matourdecontrole.fr is sufficient. In case of disagreement, you can contact the CNIL.
The platform includes assistants based on AI models. When you use them, the content of your request is transmitted to the model provider for processing. These assistants can make mistakes: their responses are neither legal, nor accounting, nor tax advice. Each action they perform is dated and viewable, and none is irreversible without your consent.
Some services are performed with the help of artificial intelligence agents (“the crew”: writing, development, proofreading, security, monitoring, research). These agents are means of production, not people.
We do our best to keep the service continuously accessible, without guaranteeing a contractual availability rate. Maintenance interruptions are announced in advance when they are predictable.
Our liability cannot exceed the amount paid over the last twelve months. We are not responsible for indirect damages, nor for a loss caused by a third-party service on which we depend.
The platform, its code and its contents remain our property. The subscription grants a right of use, personal and non-exclusive, for its duration. It does not entail any transfer.
What you create with the tool belongs to you. If one day a creation is sold or resold via the tower (through a marketplace set up by Code Nomi Nomi), a commission, defined and published at that time, may apply to sales that go through the tower. As long as no marketplace exists, no commission applies.
These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution — write to us, it's the fastest.
Failing that, a consumer can freely use a consumer mediator, or use the European online dispute resolution platform. For professionals, the courts of Grenoble have jurisdiction.
