What this page is for: the terms and conditions of sale say what we sell and at what price. This page says how the service is used once you are inside.
The control tower is an online management and tracking tool, reachable through a browser, published by Code Nomi Nomi (see the legal notice). A free demonstration is open to everyone; paid access is described on the offers page.
An account is personal. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. Tell us if you believe someone else has used it.
Trial and demonstration accounts may be reset without notice: they are sandboxes, nothing you want to keep should live there.
Finding a flaw and reporting it to us is not abuse, it is a favour: see security.txt. Please allow a reasonable delay before publishing anything.
The service runs software agents that write, sort and propose. They get things wrong. Their output is a proposal, not a decision: nothing they produce replaces your own check, especially where accounting, law or health are concerned. What the service does not do is written plainly on the limits page.
We aim for a service that runs continuously, without guaranteeing it. Interruptions happen: maintenance, failure, an incident at the host. Planned interruptions are announced whenever they can be.
What you put in your tower stays yours. We touch it only to run the service, to answer a request of yours, or to comply with a legal obligation. The code and the look of the service remain the publisher's.
You leave whenever you want. We may close an access in case of serious breach of the rules above, after warning you, except where security makes it urgent. On closure, you can ask for your data for thirty days.
